Brain Health Coaching 6-week Core Competency Program
Week 1 - Discovery Session & Orientation
Week one begins with an engaging discovery session that encourages clients to share their backgrounds, challenges, and aspirations. This interactive session initiates the development of our coaching relationship and sets a collaborative tone for the weeks ahead. Following the discovery session, the orientation introduces the key concepts and tools that will be implemented throughout the training. Upon completion of week one, clients feel inspired and eager to delve deeper into the journey ahead.
Week 3 - Personalized Program Development
In week three, we take the insights gained from week two's assessments to tailor a personalized plan aimed at enhancing brain health and mindset. Participants will begin engaging in specialized activities designed to target their specific strengths and areas for improvement, promoting cognitive resilience. This week also focuses on integrating mindfulness practices that encourage mental clarity and emotional well-being. By the end of week three, individuals will start to notice positive changes in their focus and overall mental agility.
Week 5 - Check-In
In week five of the personalized brain health program, we will reflect on the progress made so far and to assess the goals set during the previous session. Clients will share their experiences and insights, highlighting improvements in memory retention, cognitive function, and mindset. We engage in discussions about challenges faced and strategies implemented to overcome them, and as we prepare for the final week, we refine our goals to ensure continued growth and success in maintaining brain health.
Week 2 - Client Intake
In week two, clients are given a series of brain health assessments and evaluations essential for understanding brain health, cognitive function, and lifestyle factors that impact brain health, mindset, and quality of life. By analyzing the results from these assessments, we identify individual strengths and opportunities for improvement. This information is critical in creating a customized brain health improvement plan tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Week 4 - Plan Evaluation and Modifications
In week four, we will conduct a comprehensive review of the effectiveness of the personalized training initiated in week three. Participants will evaluate the impact of the strategies and activities implemented, identifying which measures have had the most positive impact on their brain health and mindset. This reflective process will also involve setting specific and achievable goals for the final two weeks, ensuring continued growth and improvement. By focusing on these tailored objectives, individuals can maximize their cognitive resilience and reinforce the positive changes they have experienced thus far.
Week 6 - Improvement Review & Next Steps
In week six of our program, we will take a moment to reflect on the progress made over the past five weeks. We'll discuss the status of the goals we set together and evaluate how these achievements contribute to the client's overall well-being. The client will have the opportunity to share their feelings about their future, allowing us to assess their mindset moving forward. To wrap things up, a final evaluation will be conducted, highlighting the improvements in brain health and mindset that have been attained throughout our time together.
